Imagine having a private trainer, a kinesiologist, who follows you everywhere!
I am always by your side, whether you’re at home, at work, outdoors or travelling.
Virtual training is a whole new era in fitness training. It’s better than any app or pre-recorded video you might find online.
As your virtual kinesiologist, I am always there for you to answer your questions, to help motivate you, to advise you, and to help you surpass yourself!
Because you’ll be in the hands of a health professional specialized in physical activity. Kinesiologists use movement to accomplish a variety of goals, including prevention, treatment and performance.
Weight loss, getting in shape, rehab after an injury, preparing for an obstacle course (Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Mud Hero, etc.), preparing for a run (from 5Ks to marathons), increasing muscle mass, getting your kids active, preparing for an adventure trip, or any other goal you set for yourself.
Above and beyond your specific objectives, I believe that improving health and being functional in your everyday life is the most important. To reach your weight loss or other goals, my training service focuses on four critical areas: diet, physical activity, stress management, and sleep management.
Whether you are sedentary or an athlete, investing in a personal training service is the best way to get the most out of a training program.
