Assessment of physical condition and lifestyle

 

The first meeting is essential to evaluate your current condition. Topics will include training history, current workouts, goals, health issues, injuries and several other questions about your lifestyle. We will then take action and have you perform some physical tests:

  • Weight;
  • Resting heart rate and blood pressure;
  • Circumferences;
  • Percentage of fat and water;
  • Gripping strength;
  • Push-ups;
  • Abdominal plank;

With this initial assessment, we will be able to compare the results with future evaluations and adapt the training and diet accordingly. This meeting lasts approximately 60 minutes and is done in person or online.
