My goal is not to make you a generic diet plan, like the ones you can easily find on the Internet.
My goal is to educate you about eating better while keeping in mind your current habits and tastes.
You will complete a food journal for seven consecutive days.
I will then analyze your food journal and give you my recommendations.
You will have to complete a new food journal every few weeks until your diet is stable and balanced.
