After the first meeting, I will be able to develop training made specifically for you. This training will evolve from month to month.
The goal is to change the routine every 4 to 5 weeks to stay motivated and see more results.
In the meantime, I will always be available to answer your questions or to change exercises, if necessary.
You will have an account created on Hexfit, where I will be able to follow your training. Hexfit is a web tool that I use to create your training sessions and to record your statistics.
Images or videos will represent the exercises in your program. Your account will allow you to have access to your training program, no matter where you are, thanks to the Hexfit application that you can download on your tablet or your cell phone.
